We are looking for a new Team member as Junior Architect for our Charlotte office with a strong commitment to client service, design excellence, and team work. Responsibilities will include all aspects of Design Concept and Development up to Construction Documents.

Your responsibilities:

  • Designing and Planning Dental Offices around the UC
  • Interior and Exterior Design
  • Overview Projects from Start to Finish
  • Create Design Concepts from Space Planning to Construction Documents
  • Work alongside our team of Architects + Interior Designers
  • Prepare and participate in client calls and online meetings
  • Responsible for timely completion of projects

Your skills:

  • At least 5+ years relevant experience in Architecture in the US
  • Able to create architectural drawings + construction documents
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Advanced communication skills and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Management skills required
  • Understanding of Construction Required
  • Required Skills: AutoCAD

What we are looking for in YOU!

As a Drafter, you will work closely together with our team of Architects and Interior Designers. You will create and complete projects from Design Development to Construction Documents.

You will have the ultimate responsibility for producing Architectural Construction Documents as well as other day to day tasks.

Your Responsibilities are the following, but not limited to:

  • Prepare and modify Interior floor plans in AutoCAD
  • Create, adjust and complete Design Development Drawings
  • Create, adjust and complete Construction Document Sets incl. Sections, Details, Elevations, Finishes Plan, Cabinetry Drawings etc.
  • Create 2D and 3D Cabinetry Drawings in AutoCAD
  • Coordinate directly with engineers and permit departments to update plans according to markups

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to create Construction Documents (min. 5 years)
  • Proven ability to understand Architectural Drawings and Cabinet Drawings
  • Knowledge of Drafting Principles and Techniques (AutoCAD)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in a group setting
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to produce on time with little guidance, while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture (min. 5 years)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in digital Drafting (min. 2 years)
  • Preferred: Background in Construction

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Interior Designer with a keen eye for design and industry trends. As Interior Designer you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team of Designers, Architects + Project Managers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create Interior Design Concepts and Mood Boards
  • Create 2D Space Plans in AutoCAD
  • Create Elevations in AutoCAD
  • Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through final project completion
  • Prepare and participate in client calls and online meetings
  • Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes for each project
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Team Members
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and partners

Your skills:

  • 3+ years’ relevant interior design experience
  • understanding of basic principles of space planning
  • keen eye and interest in Modern Design
  • Able to develop and present design concepts
  • Good communication skills and time management
  • Ability to work independently
  • AutoCAD proficiency required
